Once a month I will be in LA with Mark for a week, doing business and co-habitating, and I would love to be able to support both raising money for my ongoing medical expenses and providing a magnificent retreat for my friends by sharing my home.

Here are the terms:

• Nightly Rate: $65 a night (this is about half the price of going AirBnB’s)

• Propane surcharge: If you use the fireplace, a charge of $3 a gallon will be applied. I heat the cabin during Winter months with a combination of a space heater and the fireplace set at low, and probably spend no more than $5 a day. We will monitor the meter before and after your stay, so you can be as cozy or as frugal as you wish.

If you are interested in a week away from your home, I have lightning fast fiber internet if you are doing work, and you have the town four minutes away and miles of trails and scenic beauty all around you!
